Everthread One has not yet adopted terms of service. This page marks where they will go. Nothing below is a contract, an offer, or a commitment the business has made, and it should not be relied on. Actual terms will be reviewed and approved by the business owner before they replace this text.
What the final terms will need to cover
- What the service includes, and what is scoped separately as custom work
- How an engagement starts, how it is quoted, and what is agreed in writing
- Fees, billing period, what happens on non-payment, and how pricing changes
- Term, notice period and how either side ends the engagement
- What the client is responsible for supplying, such as accurate business rules and access to their own systems
- Acceptable use, including messaging consent and anything the client must not ask the service to do
- Data ownership, and what the client gets back when an engagement ends
- Confidentiality in both directions
- Availability expectations and what happens during an outage or a provider failure
- Limitation of liability, and the boundary between a service failure and a business decision
- Governing law and how disputes are resolved
