The one time amount covers the design and build. The monthly amount is managed hosting, described on the hosting page. Automation is a separate service and is never part of a website price.
In every level
Your current pages and their addresses are carried over.
Before anything is replaced we record every page on your current site: its address, its title, its headings and what it says. Pages that keep their subject keep their address.
Where an address has to change, the old one is permanently redirected to the page that replaces it, never just sent to the home page. Every redirect is checked before the new site goes live. Nobody can promise rankings, and we do not.

How it goes
From first look to live.
You see a design
Either the concept we sent you, or one we make after you tell us about the business. You are looking at real pages, not a sketch.
You ask for changes
Launch includes one light revision. Growth includes up to two rounds. Signature is a fuller design process, agreed at the start.
We map your current site
Every existing page is recorded and given a destination on the new site, so nothing that is found today goes missing.
We connect your domain
The domain stays registered to you. We point it at the new site and set up the certificate.
We check it, then it is live
Redirects, forms, the sitemap and the page addresses are all tested before the old site is retired.
Concept sites
How a concept becomes your site.
If we sent you a link to a concept, you have already seen the Launch level for your business. Buying it means that site, with your corrections, on your domain.
- A concept is private. It opens only from the link we sent and is hidden from search
- It is marked as a concept on every page, and its forms send nothing
- It states only what we could find published about your business. You correct the rest
- We do not show your name, logo or concept to anyone else without your permission
- If you ask us to stop, we stop

What is not in the price.
- Domain registration and renewal. The domain is yours and stays in your name
- Paid services from other companies, if you want one added
- Premium licences, where a site needs one
- A later redesign, or large amounts of new content
Ongoing search work is a separate service
Keeping what your site already has is part of every level. Growing it is different work: keyword and competitor research, new service and location pages, Google Business Profile work and reporting. It is called SEO Growth, it is optional, and it costs $399 a month. You can cancel it on its own. It is ongoing work: nobody can promise a ranking, and we do not.
