Privacy
Placeholder, not yet adopted
Everthread One has not yet adopted a privacy policy. This page marks where one will go. Nothing below is a commitment the business has made, and it should not be relied on. The published policy will be reviewed and approved by the business owner before it replaces this text.
What the final policy will need to cover
This list exists so the eventual policy is written against the way the service actually works, rather than adapted from a template.
- What is collected when someone submits a form on this website, and why
- What is collected and recorded during a phone call or a text message conversation, including whether calls are recorded or transcribed
- How long conversation history and customer records are kept
- Who can see that information, both inside Everthread One and at any provider used to deliver the service
- The processors and subprocessors involved in voice, messaging, storage and workflow
- How a person asks what is held about them, and how they ask for it to be deleted
- How consent for text messaging is captured, recorded and withdrawn
- What happens to a client’s customer data when an engagement ends
- Which jurisdiction’s rules apply, and how state privacy law is handled
- How to contact Everthread One about any of the above
In the meantime
If you have submitted a form on this site or spoken to us, and you want to know what is held about you or want it removed, email hello@everthreadone.com and it will be handled directly.
