The questions people actually ask.
Including the ones with an uncomfortable answer.
No. Websites and automation are separate services with separate prices. A website can stay just a website for as long as you like.
Depth and individuality, not quality. Launch is a complete professional site of around four or five pages. Growth adds a page for each service, photography and stronger ways to enquire. Signature is designed from nothing for the business. The sample sites page shows finished examples.
We record every page on your current site before replacing it. Pages that keep their subject keep their address, and where an address has to change the old one is permanently redirected to the page that replaces it. We test every redirect before the new site goes live. Nobody can honestly promise rankings, and we do not.
A concept. We looked at how your business appears online and built an example of what its site could be. It is private, it is marked as a concept on every page, it cannot be found in search, and its forms send nothing. If it is useful, the Launch level is that concept made yours. If it is not, reply and tell us, and we will not write again.
You do. It stays registered in your name and you renew it. We connect it to the site.
It does not pretend to be a specific employee, and if someone asks to speak to a person, getting them to a person is the correct outcome rather than a failure. How it introduces itself is something you decide during setup and see before it is live.
Usually, either directly or by forwarding, but it depends on your current provider and setup. That gets checked during the Strategy Call rather than assumed, because the answer changes what the plan looks like.
It says so and hands over, rather than guessing. What it hands over includes the context, so the person picking it up is not starting from nothing. The topics that always reach a person are a list you control.
Not automatically. Some systems connect cleanly and stay where your team works. Some connect partially, in which case we agree which record is authoritative for what. Some genuinely hold you back, and then moving is scoped work you agree to. We tell you which of those you have.
You get a written quote after the Strategy Call. It depends on call and message volume, how many systems have to stay in step, and how much is built specifically for you. Automation has no published prices because a figure would either be wrong for you or be a number we could not honour. Website prices are fixed and are on the pricing page, which explains the shapes of engagement and the variables.
It depends mostly on how quickly the intake comes back and how much has to be built. The honest version is that we will tell you a timeline once we have seen your setup, rather than quoting a standard number now.
Yes, and messaging is regulated, so a programme only goes live with the consent language, opt-out handling and carrier registration it requires. That is part of setup rather than something skipped to get going faster.
Every conversation stays on the thread and is readable, including the ones that went badly, so a problem is visible rather than invisible. What it may say is constrained by rules you approve, and those rules can be tightened at any point.
Your customer records and conversation history are your business's. The specifics of storage, retention and access belong in a written agreement rather than on a marketing page, and that agreement is part of onboarding.
No. The examples on this site are illustrative. What Everthread One handles is routine customer communication, which is not specific to one trade or profession. If your customers call, text and book, it applies.

Send it over. A direct answer is more useful than another page of marketing.
