Integrations and automation

A conversation should change something in the systems you already run.

Answering is the visible half. The half that saves the time is what happens afterwards, automatically, in the tools your business already depends on.

What an automation is here

A rule with a consequence.

Not a dashboard. Something specific that happens every time, without you remembering.

A booking is made

The calendar is updated, the customer is confirmed, the reminder is scheduled, and the record reflects it.

A quote is requested

The details needed to price it are collected, the request reaches whoever prices it, and it is tracked until it is answered.

Something is urgent

The right person is notified the way they actually notice, rather than by an email nobody reads on site.

A job is finished

The close-out message goes out, the record is completed, and any follow-up is queued.

Nothing happened

Silence is also a trigger. An unanswered quote or an unconfirmed appointment is chased rather than forgotten.

Connections

What we connect to, and how that gets decided.

By category, because the honest answer depends on your accounts. A tool at one plan level may expose what is needed and at another may not, and that is checked before it appears in your plan.

Calendars and scheduling

So availability offered to a customer is real, and a booking lands where your team looks.

Customer records

So the thread updates the place your business already treats as the truth.

Phone and messaging

So your existing number keeps working and conversations stay in one place.

Forms and your website

So an enquiry becomes a conversation rather than an email sitting in a shared inbox.

Notifications

So the person who needs to know finds out by a route they actually see.

Documents and paperwork

Where the job produces something that has to be right and has to be filed.

Why there are no vendor logos on this page

A logo implies a supported, tested connection. Publishing one we have not verified for your configuration would be a claim we cannot stand behind. Your plan names the specific systems, in writing, once they are confirmed.

When nothing connects

There is usually still a route.

Older software, a system with no way in, a process that lives in a spreadsheet. These are common and they are not automatically a dead end, but the route is built rather than bought.

Custom solutions

How we answer an integration question

  • We check what your account actually exposes, rather than what the marketing page says
  • We test it read-only before anything writes to it
  • We tell you if the answer is no, and what the alternative costs
  • We put the verified list in your plan

Tell us what you run, and we will tell you what connects.

A walkthrough is a conversation about how customers reach you now and what would be worth handing over first.
